A feature will be the relaying of the carillon recital at the. old Boyal Pal. ace, Amsterdam, by the famous carilloner, M. Vincent. The recital will continue from 7 to 9 at night, Amsterdam time, and will include two Dutch national anthems and a number of folk songs. -. ■ - • '
