Following is the result of the competition (Canadian foursome) for Miss Thompson's trophy:—Misses Kobinson and Hume, 114-36—78; Mrs. Forster and Miss - Battersby, 112-29—83; Misses Farley and HayMackenzie, 121-27—94; Mrs. Selig' and Miss Churchouse, 130-36—94. ■;■ Next week-end will be the competition for Mi's. Berryman's Rose Bowl and the second qualifying round for the club championship. .- ■
