He has made it'plain that an "absolutely, outstanding American" can be late for everything. Such a record has never before^beeri estabUshed in ' England. Thus far he has kept everybody waiting, even up.to a period of two hours. J.ne real triumph camo when ho decided to go,, to. bed . at 10.30 in the morning instead; of going to Killarney. He. was consequently late at a luncheon appointment VThe "Daily Express" comments that it; used to be said that punctuality, was the. politeness of princes.
