■ The Plimmerton branch of the Plunket Society is holding a children's plain and fancy dress dance in the Taupo Hall tomorrow evening, commencing at 7 o'clock A good orchestra from Porirua has been secured, and an enjoyable evening is expected.
Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. sold at auction at their rooms, Featherston streety yesterday, a bungalow of five rooms on land 12.4 perches, situated No. 23, Northland road, to Mrs. Maule, for £1390.
