TWO NOTED JUDGES
PORTRAITS UNVEILED

NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day In the Supreme Court this morning Mr Justice MacGregor unveiled portraits of the late Mr. Justice Henry Samuel Chapman and his son, Sir ■bTcderick Chapman, in the presence of a large attendance of the Taranaki Bar In asking his Honour to unveil the portraits Mr. Billing, president of the .Law Society, referred to the great services of Sir Frederick and his father. His Honour, in replying, expressed regret that such valuable portraits had to be housed in the old wooden buildings, which he hoped would soon be replaced by a modern fireproof courthouse.
