DE VALERA TO RETIRE

LONDON, 10th August. The "Daily Herald's" Dublin correspondent says that the Fianna Fail is still deliberating in secret on the oath question, and will decide before the Dail meets on Friday. In the meanwhile he predicts that the majority of the party will .take the oath and that de Valera and a few others will retire into private life.
