(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMEBSTON N, This Day. The annual conference of the New Zealand Motor-cycle Union commenced at Palmerston North to-day. Mr. W. A. Spragg, of Hawera, presided. There was a large gathering of delegates from all parts of the Dominion.
