SYDNEY, 28th July. The latest new? from the New Guinea goldfields reports important developments. Anticipations regarding the discovery of gold-bearing reefs have been fulfilled on the Day Dawn Syndicate's property at Bulolo. A reef was struck at a depth of 16ft. Samples from one part of this yielded 2J ounces and on another part 20 ounces of gold to the ton.
