PERSONAL MATTERS
'The Minister of Mines'(the Hon. G. J-. Anderson) will leave by to-morrow nig'ht.'s Limited express for Thames, in order to attend the jubilee celebrations at the week-end. Before returning to Wellington Mr.' Anderson intends to ■visit :the Huntly coalfields. Ho expects to be back in Wellington on Wednesday • morning.
Mr: S. S. Allen, C.M.G., D.5.0., Mayor of. Morrinsville, who has been on a visit to Wellington, left for the North last night.
