The Biga correspondent of "The Times" says that the Soviet tribunals have taken a heavy toll of life without trial throughout Russia in tho past few diys, including the shooting of six exofficers in Turkestan; twenty persons in Kieff for allegedly belonging to Monarchist organisations; ten in Kursk including General Shakhovskoi, for organising a coupe d'etat on behalf of Grand Duke Cyril; three at Orel for opposing Soviet agents, two of whom were killed; also eight at Kharkoff for engaging in auti-Gommunist propaganda. It is reported from the. Ukraine that a hundred anti-Bolshevists have been shot iv batches during the past fortnight.
