LOWER HUTT HELPS
This morning the Lower Hutt Bor* ough Council notified the city authorities that it could'provide employment for fifteen men' froin^ the city, having met its-own' difficulties and still having on hand the wherewithal to do some-thing-more. It is probable that a con« siderably larger number of city unemployed will be given work at Lowei Hutt next week. ■ ' -.-•■.■
