RUGBY, 26th July. The "Daily Mail" says ■ that tho friends of Lord Oxford and Asquith, now in his 75th year, are preparing a gift for him in recognition of his great services to tho Empire over many years. It is hoped that the gift may take tho form 6f an annuity of £2500.
