Prince Carol rocoived a Eumanian delegation, headed by Professor Jorga, Leader of the National Party, who recently refused to arrive at an agreement with the Premier over the subject of the Regency.
Tho visitors remained for several hours.
Special precautions were taken to prevent the object of the consultation being disclosed.
The newspaper "Intransigeant" states that Prince Carol has not abandoned his claim to the Throne, and is deeply chagrined because he is not allowed to return to Rumania. He is angry at tho newspapers representing him as.living a life of dissipation in Paris. . '
