THE SALVATION ARMY
Lieutenant-Colonel and Mrs. Saunders will be farewelled to-night before proceeding to their new appointment at' Toronto, Canada. For some years the colonel has been the principal of the Training. College, Aro street, and he goes to occupy a similar position in Toronto: Commissioner James Hay will, at. the Citadel, Vivian street, direct the valedictory service, when music ■will be rendered by the Silver. Band and singinc of a hearty nature will be heard. The nTany friends of Colonel and Mrs. Saunders are invited to the service, which commences at 8 o'clock.
