The following team will represent the club against Ranui at Ranui on Saturday: Adamson, Gwilliam, Hayward, Gilbertson, S. Hogg, Cook, Thomas, lngham, Pulley, Firidlay, Halligau, Hobbs, Toomath, Stunnell, Pringle, Pere, E. Hogg, Capstick, Brown, Rvan.
The weekly ball stroke competition resulted in a tie between W. Whitehead, 8t9—75, and R. Hayward, 82-7—75. In the fifth round of the Atkins Cup R. Hayward (6) beat H. K. Adamson (3), 2 and 1. , ■ ■
The undermentioned qualified for the senior championship:—R. Hay ward, C. B. Thomas, W. Whitehead, S. Hogg, H. K. Adamson, J. Gilbertson, C. PulJey, W. Taylor, B. Gwilliam, G. Cook.
The first round will be played over 18 holes by Pulley and Gwilliam and Taylor and Cook, and must be completed by 7th August.- •
The undermentioned qualified for the junior championship, and will play in the, order given. The first round, over 18 holes, is to be completed by 14th August:—G. Hogg v. D. Grant; A. Hobbs v. W. Smith; G. Pringle v. L. Matthews; A. Stunnell v. —.Bennett; B. Brown v.'E. Capstick; W. Pere v. V, R. Gunn; W. Ryan v. T. Tremayne; R. Toomath v. E. Hogg. The bogey competition set down for 30th July has been postponed.
