LONDON LOWER PORT CHARGES.

LONDON, 26th July. Lord Ritchie stated at the meeting of file Port of London Authority, that by exercising the strictest economies the authority was reducing its charges by '2'a' per cent., making a reduction of 10 per cent. ,in two years.
