After facing two lengthjr trials a the previous Supreme Court sessions of serious charges, William Jenkins a r« tired farmer, of Glenfield, was dischard ed by Mr. Justice Stringer. The Grow entered a nolli prosequi. The unusual features were that th' young girl concerned repudiated he original statements to the police' pei sisting that they were false uncle} close cross-examination in the Lowe and Higher Courts. "At both trials th 1 juries were unable to agree. ' !
