Sir James Parr, High Commissioner -•r Aew Zealand, visited a number of •jricultural colleges, particularly that t Reading University, which he found "kin to tho proposed Agricultural Colego at Palmerston North. Sir James vrs accompanied by Major Norton Francis, of Christchurch, Dr. Bight, -Mr. W. Matheson, and Mr. W. Wright (dairying inspector). They were much impressed with tho Reading College. Sir James Parr will report fully to the New Zealand Government.
