INTERESTING NOTES

(By "Trigger.")

Last week saw tho sixth round of matches fired in tlic B gr;\do suction. The shooting generally was of a very medium standard. One team, South 81, put jn a remarkably good shoot, but had tho ill-luck to total only 464, althoush the team actually shot 474, one member putting a good bulls-eye on his opponent's target, and thus deprlvm £ hlnißdf of ten points. The shoot otherwise was the highest this season In B firado matches. Hut', and Aotea in the A section B grade, and Brooklyn 1 and Railway in the B section are level, with five wins and one loss. The seventh—the flnal—round will be fired neit week, and then the leaders in each section will shoot off for winners. Great interest la being taken in the Sydney Postal match, and the selectors have chosen a very strong team, Including two ladles. The following are tho results of last week's matches:—
