FOUND HANGING.
The body of l<rank Selh, an elderly seaman, who up to tho time of his d?ath, had been living at 150, Taranoki street was discovered hanging from the railing °n ™c yrt'arf opposite the Wellington Kowing Club' 3 premises shortly after 7 o clock this morning. It was removed to the morgue. An inquest will be held.
