VICTORY FOE MR. LANG
RESULT OF UNITY MEETING
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 24th July. With an overwhelming majority,'the Searlo faction of the Australian Labour Party secured control of tho Unity Conference and adopted a resolution confirming Mr. Lang's dictatorship with an assured majority. The conference declined to hear representatives of the Conroy faction and carried a motion reaffirming the wholo of the Easter conference resolutions. Then, amid scenes of remarkable enthusiasm, tho conference earned a resolution expressing the utmost confidence in Mr. Lang's leadership. The conference adjourned till Easter next.
