(By Tdigraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") MASTEETON, This Day. The Borough Council by-election caused through the resignation of Mr. H. S. M'Laren, who was compelled to resign his seat because of his ownership of some property purchased by the council, resulted in Mr. A. Bippon being returned. The figures were:—A. Bippon, 447; W.
