LONDON, 20th June. "Tho Times" Sofia correspondent 1 states that the King, when opening tha Sobfanje, in his speech from the Throne declared- that the general participation of the people in the recent elections had proved tho freedom in which they were held. Tho Socialist leader, Sakizoc, interrupting, protested, but his objections were drowned in prolonged and frenzied cheering from deputies and tha public, who acclaimed the King's subsequent appeal to the deputies to assist in the economic improvement and wel 1' being of the nation.
