LONDON, 19th June,
• Tho Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that M. Tchitchorin has departed for Moscow. He failed to induce the Government to allow the trade delegation from London to establish itself, preferably at Hamburg, where it would occupy a different field from the Soviet's Berlin delegation. He was also unable to arrange for new credits.
