Waiwetu Ladies' Club beat Ranui Ladies Club, at Waiwetu, on Saturday by 3 games to 2 and 3\gamc3 squared. Following are the results, the Waiwetu ladies first mentioned:—Mrs. Evison beat, Miss White 5 and 3; Mies Robinson lost to Miss Batham, 3 and 2; Miss Walters beat Mrs. Davis, ; Miss A. Gayrior and Miss Farley, all square; Miss Hanson and Miss Turner did. not finish; Mrs. Parkinson beat Mins Dowhes, 1 up; MUs Lee and Mrs.' Sloan did not finish; ■ Miss' Short lost to Miss Avcry, 4 and 2.
