Huia were no'match, for Petone at Karori Park, and were .completely overrun. The riverside team quickly, ran up a total of five goals, four of which were scored by Eaton and one by'P. Lhidop, without Huia opening its account. The game had not lasted the full first half, however, before several of the players were overcome by the cold^.and had to leave the field.
