: LONDON* 17th June. It is persistently reported in the Dail Eireann lobbies that, despite Mr. Cosgrave's contention thAt the onus of carrying on rests with the Opposition, some other party on Tuesday will nominate him for the Presidency to enable him to form a Ministry. ' .
