"LADY, BE GOOD!"
This evening, at 8 o'clock, and on the fivo •■ following nights, and on Wednesday afternoon, the musical comedy, "Lady, Be Good," will be presented. In this production Elsie Prince received many op-, portunities to display her: versatility, and whether as Judy Trevor -herself or disguised as a Mexican widow or a Swiss misß^ she is equally entertaining. Miss Prince takes part in no less than seven musical numbers, and B&e does a specialty dance with Mr; Leonard Rich. Mr. Jimmy Gpdden, it is stated, is at. hip. best aa Waterson Watkins, a crooked lawyer. Mr. Charlton Morton will be in evidence in the character of Bertie Bassett, in which he is said to be highly amusing, and. his eccentric dance was encored nightly in Christchurch. ";. Mr. Leonard Rich will make his first appearance with' the company in the important part of Dick Trevor. Others in the cast are Aliss Nellie Deane, Miss. Olive Grant, Miss Elsie Parkes; Miss Gladys Hermes, Mr. Claude Holland, and Mr. George Jennings. The specialty dancers are Miss Alma Mackie, Mr. Royston M'Donnell, Mr. Jack Smith,.and the Misses Allison and Kathleen Fallow; Box plans for to-night are at the Grand Opera Housa Confectionery, where tickets for the early door stalls and gallery may also .be purchased. •;-.•-..•..., , ; . . ■■...■■ . ;
