t . . OTAKI; This Day. A meeting of the committee appointed in connection with tlio Otaki Hospital was held on Thursday. It was stated that the residents are far. from satisfied with th« Minister's r«:omniendations. It was deoided to ask Dr. T. H. A. Vaiiritine (Director l»ener/il of Hospitals) to attend « meeting at Otaki. to discuss hospital matters. : Feeling in Otaki and district is high, and unless the hospital is made up-to-date and ,opened for patients of the district there will be a further outcry, and further deputations: sent to the Piiine Minister If necessary, the fnntter will btf carried before Parliament.
