BROKEN BYLAWS
Breaches of the bylaws were dealt with by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate's. Court yesterday afternoon. The following were fined for speeding:— William Tibbs, Clifton V. A. Hall, £3 each; Sydney Dent, Victor Francis Connolly, £2 each.
George King, Chanel Joseph Cullinan, and Arthur Rudolph were each lined £1 foi' not having their vehicles properly lighted. For similar offences the following were fined 10s each: Ethelbert George Bland, Bertie J. Childs, Leon Albeit Libeau. ' ■
For passing a stationary tramcar. William George Thomas was fined £1. Leaving a motor-car unattended cost Wilham Henry Cowley 10s. A fine..of £1 was imposed on Harry Levy for failing to stop when requested. George Albert Proudfoot ivas fined £3 tor having no driver's license. For riding his motor-cycle in a dangerous manner he was fined £2.
Failure to produce his driver's license cost Arthur Budolph £1. _ For (jrivinß in a manner dangerous to the public Wilham Williams was fined £2, and Chanel Joseph Cullinan £3.
