On Friday last before his Honour the Chief Justice, in the action, the Australian Provincial Assurance Association. Ltd., versus Noble Frank Xidwndes for moneys due, judgment was obtained by the plaintiff for £481 Ps 4d, together with costs. Mr. George Toogood appeared, for the plaintiff, and Mr. D. S. Smith for the defendant.
