POLISH REPLY TO KUSSLA
(Received 14th June, 2.30 p.m.) ' LONDON, 13th June. Ihe Geneva correspondent of tli» Daily News" says that the PolishJ Foreign Minister, replying to the Soviet demands, points out, first, that the assassin has been handed over to summary jurisdiction; secondly, that Polish procedure enables a Soviet representative to attend. the trial; and thirdly, the Polish Government is not aware of the existence of any "terrorist" organisations **in Poland. They are, in fact, specifically forbidden, but Poland is prepared to examine the Soviet's evidence, and to dissolve such bodies if their existence is proved.
