PARIS, 13th June. . The Boyalist Leon Daudot, proprie* tor of the newspaper "L 'Action Fran* caise," who was due to undergo imprisonment under sentence of the Court for. libelling the driver of a taxi-cab, 'in. which his son was found dead, and resisted arrest by tho police, with tho help of Boyalist associates, putting up barbed wire and bag defences round tho office building, has at last surrendered, after holding out for th#> week-end.
