RULES OF THE SCRUM

LONDON, 13th June. The International Rugby Union Board has made it illegsl to play more than three men in the front row of the serum, but referees will not penalise unless the breach is wilful and- persistent. It was also decided to permit scrum halves' to call out how the ball was being put in. The decisions apply to all games in the' British Isles.
