Should .Free coupons be offered to smokers of. Edgeworth Tobacco? A smoker made this suggestion to the manufacturers who rep]y, stat ing that it has never been their policy to give premiums or gifts with Edgeworth, but to put tlyj value of Buc h thing in the quality of their products. "Premiums," they add, "cost money and in offering anything of tins kind,,you can no doubt appreciate that the manufacturer must take-this into consideration in making up his produce or in the price. The manufacturer must either charge a little more, to cover the cost of the premium or roduce the quality of his product, so we have always endeavoured to give tho consumer the very best that could be made for the money and we never offer premiums."—Advt.
