TAXI-CAB CASE

JUDGMENT RESERVED

After a hearing lasting four and a half days, judgment was reserved by Mr. Justice Alpers to-day in the Black and White Cab case.

, Four motions were brought by Black and White Cabs, Ltd., for injunctions restraining two taxicab proprietors, members of the Blue and White Association, and two other proprietors, from painting and making up their cabs in a manner which the plaintiff alleged was calculated to deceive.

Mr. G. G. Watson, with him Mr. L C.* Hemery, appeared for the plaintiff. Mr. H. F. Johnston, with him Mr. W. S. Fitzherbert, appeared for Neale and Sanford, two of the defendants, and Mr. R. Kennedy, Mr. J. Scott, and Mr. W. Heine appeared for' Hagan and M'Eneany, the other defendants.
