SOCCER CONTROL
A meeting of the council of the New Zralaud Football Association was held last evening, Mr. A. Varney presiding Additional entries for the Chatham Cud were received as follow:—Auckland 8, Otago 1, Wellington 1.^ Entries now total The council decided to make tentative proposals for a team from the Argentine to visit New Zealand. The opinion was expressed that toe visit from Argentine might be followed by a tour of South America by a New Zealand team
