GOLDEN BAY CEMENT CO.
A special general meeting of debenture holders m the Golden Bay Cement Company was held to-day to eoneider the proposal of the company to raise further capital for installing new plant. After reasons 8»V n b/ Captain M'Arthur (who presided) and Mr: Luttrell, managing director ot tne company, the chairman proposed, Mr. J A. Phmmer seconded, and it was carried—"That this meeting of debentureholders having heard the proposals of the Board explained by the directors, and trustees, is or the opinion that-the alterations to the works are essential, and urges debenture holders to subscribe fully to the new issue, to the extent of their means. ■: .
