Colonel' Grant Morden, .Conservative M.P. for Brentford, is issuing a writ against Mr. W. Mackinder, Labour M.P. for Shipley, as a sequel to the scene during the debate on the Russian rupture, when Colonel Grant Morden and Mr. Mackinder nearly came to blows; .owing to an interjection by Colonel Grant Morden, which was not heard by Mr. Speaker, alleging that Labour members were in the pay of Moscow. Colonel Grant Morden at the next sitting explained that the remark was not intended to apply to the Labour members as a whole. .
