ANOTHER OFFENDER PUNISHED

Every effort is being made by the police to prevent the immoral association of white women with Chinese or Hindus, and almost every week for the last two or three months at least one woman or girl has been convicted in the Magistrate's Court of being either a rogue and a vagabond or an idle and disorderly person.
