NORWAY ACTS FOR BRITAIN
(United Press Association. -Copvrisht. > OSLO, 29th May. . Britain has asked Norway to protect her interests in Russia. The Premier, I. Lykke, states that the Government is Willing. Norway's Minister at Moscow is Dr. Urbye, a former member of-the Government, a lawyer, a trained diplomat, and an expert in Russian affairs.
