PROVISION FOR ORPHANAGE (By Telegraph— Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Dny. The estate of Mr. David Dingwall, who died last week, is estimated to bo considerably over £IOO,OOO. After minor legacies and provision for his sister, Miss Sarah Dingwall, the whole estate is to bo transferred to trustees to found and riiaintnin in or -adjacent to Auckland an institution to be called the Dingwall Presbyterian Orphanage for the care, maintenance, and education of orphans and destitute children born or domiciled in New Zealand, of any race or erecd, or of orphans, not being destitute, who would, in their own interests in the opinion of tho trustees, bo better eared for, educated, and brought up in the orphanage, or, whether orphnna or not, should be destitute, or whoso parents are in straightened circumstances.
