MB. LATHAM'S CAREER

WANGANUI, 13th May. The late Fenton Latham came to New Zealand in 1906, with the idea of taking up farming. He was connected with an agency business in Wellington until IJI2, when he, joined the Collegiate bchool teaching staff. He was an experienced mountaineer, and had made numerous ascents of Euapehu and Eemont; He was an athlete of considerable prowess, was a keen tennis player and cricketer. He leaves a wife and two children. One, a boy 20 years of ace, has- been cricket coach at the College for the past few years.
