A CLAIM FAILS

INVBRCARGILL, This Day. In tho Arbitration Court) Julia Hunt, a widow, claimed £750 ag compensation from the Waraki Coal Company on account of tlio death of her husband, alleged to have boon caused by a strain while working in the mine. After hearing tho medical evidence, Mr. Justice I'razer held that death was not duo to an accident at the mine, but to aliock and haemorrhage following a rupture of tho spleen, due to a fall out of bed. Judgment was given for the defendant. .
