CANBERRA, This Day. The Federal conference of the Australian Labour Party adopted a report submitted by a committee appointed to offect reconciliation between Conroy and Scale factions in New South Wales. The report provides that another Labour conference be summoned in New South Wales under the supervision of Federal officers. Both sections are to attend and no notice will be taken of any expulsions or suspension! arising out of the dispute.
