LONDON", 13th May. it is authoritatively learned that M Kosepgoltz is under misapprehension as to the exact meaning of Clause 5 the Anglo-Eussian Trade Agreement. This specifies that the Delegation s official agent personally enjofrs immunity from arrest and search, but this immunity does not extend to the offices under his control. Furthermore authoritative circles declare that immunity was rather a privilege granted specially under the terms of the Agreement. 6
The Soviet Embassy announces that the Mauser rifles discovered in the building were samples of hunting rifles which the Arcos exports under license of the British Government.
