WASHINGTON, 13th May.
Mr. Raymond Orteig, of New York, tho donor of tho 25,000 dollar prize for the Atlantic flight, has offered 5000 dollars reward to any aviator discovering tho Frenchmen or any traco of tho 'plane. Mr. Orteig's attorney has advised the Commerce Department that the reward bo placed in a New York bank. Should a dispute arise the Contest Committee of the National Aeronautic Association will decide.
