COAL TERMS REJECTED
(Received loth March, 2 p.m.)
SYDNEY, This Day. A meeting of miners' deputies rejected the terms of the settlement in the coal dispute, and another conference is to be held to-day.
As a result of a conference on Sunday it was anticipated that the trouble which rendered idle the Maitland coalfields would be settled early this week on the basis of a modification of the existing conditions regarding deputies' duties.
