SYMPATHY OF CITIZENS
The Mayor (Mr. C. J. B. Norwood) $&-dajr sent the following message on behalf of the citizens of Wellington $0 the official secretary of- the Duchess joC York:—
Will you please convey to Her . Boyal Highness this message of love and affection from the people of \ ."Wellington, over whom a wave of ■ sympathy has passed since news of the indisposition of Her Koyal High- ' d«ss has been, known. It is a source . pi gratification to all that she has now returned safely to Wellington : - and is in the thoughtful care of Their ■Excellencies at Government House. May I also express the sincere sope that Her Boyal Highness wi,U iopn be restored to health, and be , able to rejoin His Boyal Highness in ; their great mission to the Commonwealth of Australia.
