"The Times" correspondent at Constantinople,states that the Turks arrested M. Akounoff, y 6rie of the heads of the Busso-Turkish Trade Delegation, alleged to be in possession cf compromising documents' dealing with Turkish military defences. Despite Eussiau appeals, the Turks refuse to . release him.
